Hello, we are Akira and Hitomi.

About Akira.

I am very passionate about Japanese curry.
I have liked it so much since my childhood, and my favorite mom's dish was curry rice.
I got to like it even more after I became an adult.
I have visited many curry restaurants in Japan, cooked it by myself many times.
Furthermore, I have visited India where is the roots of Japanese curry to learn how to use spices and to learn cooking curry.
After moving in the Hague, a thought started to come up to me, " I want people in the Netherlands to know the taste of this".
I fortunately got an opportunity of selling my curry in a delivery food shop (Yoshi Bento), and after a while, I got to rent a space of a restaurant in the lunch time and I opened a Japanese curry lunch room in the Hague. 
However, that restaurant got out of business after the second lockdown came, I lost a place to spread Japanese curry.
So then, I have chosen this way - Japanese curry kits -.
I would be very happy if I could bring the taste of Japanese curry to the people in the Netherlands and if you would enjoy it.
